Our Ultimate Reset shot can get you back up on your feet a little faster and easier! Our once every three months steroid shot (dexamethasone, kenalog, and b12) has been seeing amazing results! We will discuss how it can help you with our Nurse Practitioners before every dose! **
**NP/PA appointments required before every injection. Injections are spaced 3 months apart for safety and efficacy. Telehealth appointment is included in the price of this injection.
